1. Overview

At FairCreator, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our service doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14 days — no questions asked.

All payments for FairCreator subscriptions are processed securely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

2. Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase and request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, without giving any reason. This applies to:

  • First-time purchases of any paid subscription plan
  • Subscription renewals (within 14 days from the renewal date)
  • Annual subscriptions (within 14 days from the purchase or renewal date)

All payments are processed by Paddle.com.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@faircreator.com with the following information:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request"
  • Account email: The email address associated with your FairCreator account
  • Purchase date: When you made the payment
  • Reason for refund: (Optional) This helps us improve our service

You can also request a refund directly through your payment receipt email if that option is available.

4. Processing Time

Once you submit a refund request:

  • Review: Your request will be reviewed promptly
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation
  • Reimbursement: The refund will be processed without undue delay, not later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel
  • Funds arrival: 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account (depending on your payment provider)

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to that card. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be returned to your PayPal account. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original transaction.

6. Account Status After Refund

After a refund is processed:

  • Your paid subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • Your account will be downgraded to our free Basic plan
  • You will retain access to basic features and your existing data
  • You can upgrade again at any time in the future
